Keywork & Support Plans
Clear Goals. Measured Outcomes.
Each young person has a lead keyworker and a personalised plan with SMART outcomes. Reviews are scheduled, and we work closely with social workers, IROs and other professionals.

Responsive Support When Needed
On-call support is available around the clock. Waking night or enhanced staffing can be commissioned where assessed risk and needs require.
